Rooms were very nice and spacious with on suite bathroom shower was ok, bed very comfy 😴 😊 , breakfast was full English poached eggs were great 👍 👌
Continental breakfast was also available

Me and my family always come here for family meals and it's always amazing everytime for food and service the staff are so friendly. It'd s great atmosphere to have any type of meal or even just a drink. Would highly recommend to anyone

Spent a few days over Christmas there. Rooms good size spotlessly clean. Could do with more than one chair in a double room. Food fabulous, plenty of choice of good fresh food.
Only problem no seating area for just a drink or chat.

Room was nice but the bathroom needed a good clean also didn’t like the fact the reception desk wasn’t in use and went we wanted more tea we had to leave to main hotel building and walk over to the pub

Food fills a hole but you’re left feeling you need more so nothing special, they’re very understaffed considering there is a queue to order at the bar and only 1 serving on there so not very good in all honesty but still ok food and drinks prices

We got in later than expected however the reception staff member was great. When booking in we extended our stay by one night and added breakfast. All was good. Bit weird that the hotel reception was in the back of the restaurant/pub in a separate building. Anyway we got into the hotel and was immediately taken by the smell. The further in we got the worse the stage smell got. Once in our room it was awful and my wife felt. Ill. It was late and we wanted to sleep. So spayed the room with linx and messaged the reception via the booking in link. Woke up in the morning smell still in room. Corridor had been sprayed with air freshener to the point you could taste it. No response though to my messages. Went had breakfast, not good. Cooked breakfast over cooked and pancakes soggy with fruit still frozen. We didn't have breakfast the rest of stay as the smell and the thought of overcook and frozen stuff put us off. We won't be staying again.

Great for parking and easy access to food. Rooms were clean, tidy with a comfortable bed. It was superb value for money and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend for a stopover.

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are 100% fit for purpose and good value for money. However the restaurant is a real mixed bag. We arrived around 6.30pm but couldn't have a table until 7.30pm although they weren't full. When we came back to queue to order food and drinks took around 15 minutes. Only 1 lady doing everything. The food is acceptable for the money

The first floor corridor smells , similar to stale sprouts/cabbage which has leeched into the room, 218. One of the bedside lights wasn’t working. The manageress bought over a new bulb, but the whole fitting was loose on its mountings, and new bulb didn’t light. Manageress checked to see if it had been reported…… no it hadn’t, so housekeeping fail. The pub next to the hotel served up a dried up carvery, even though it was only 6:45pm. My wife asked for her money back. Plates for the carvery were cold, so my meats were cold by the time I was back at the table. According to the chef, they don’t heat the plates ( for a carvery ? ? ) Won’t be staying again. I wonder if anyone will reply 🤔

I took a trip out to Spalding and I decided to go and visit this Establishment. From the outside it looked very Inviting. I went in and was Greeted with a Warm Welcome and Beautiful Smile from the Bar Manager. I ordered my Beer and she started to poor my pint for me. I paid her and went and found a table. Sat down and just relaxed in Abience and Atmosphere of this Gorgeous Pub/ Restaurant. What a Great place and You muat come and visit. Have some Delicious Food and Excellent Beer. Upon arrival, walking into the room at the end of the corridor, you are hit by a putrid smell of sewage. Checked nothing was left in the toilet, it wasn't but the tank smell emanated around. One of the plug holes in the bathroom gurgles as though there is a blockage and waste is attempting to back up into the room. When reporting to staff and checking if another room was available, I was told this wasn't possible. Suggestions were to spray some deodorant or top and tail with my colleague in another room. Still not sure if these were serious suggestions or just entertainment. The receptionist stated the problems have been raised before but there is nothing they can do, so enjoy your surprise if you stay.

Second time we have used the hotel - and it was exactly what we needed. Rooms are clean and a good size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is great and the connected restaurant next door is perfect for food after a long day out.

Nice Inn, small but with all essentials. Pub is very close and check in/out service was easy and fast! Car park is also available and petrol station is just in front of the Inn

This is a basic stop over, bit tired but served the purpose, staff not very helpful bit overwhelmed with the amount of guests all at once, wsited 20 minutes to be served in the bar and 25 minutes to check in
